Please note that all prices shown or quoted by Oxonian Travel Services include all fixed, non optional extras. Any charges levied for payment by credit Card are clearly shown on our Offices or, if purchasing by Telephone will be advised as such.

We act as agents for our supplier Principals whose booking conditions are available on request. Please be aware that..

• any cancellation of or change to travel arrangements made on your behalf will incur cancellation or amendment fees. These invariably include total loss of deposit plus insurance premium as a minimum commitment. However, a full cost fee is charged if cancellation takes place after ticket issue.

• arrangements via Oxonian Travel Services Ltd do not allow for any form of financial compensation as a consequence of airline failure war invasion act of foreign enemy hostilities (whether war be declared or not) terrorist activity civil war rebellion revolution insurrection or military or usurped power or detention or confiscation nationalisation requisition destruction or damage by or under the order of any government or statutory or public or local authority.

• Oxonian Travel Services Ltd will advise you at the time of booking of whatever "extras" are involved at that stage...viz. non-optional taxes, passenger service charges, fuel supplements, rate of exchange adjustments and credit card charges where applicable.
